NexiBook complies with European data protection legislation (GDPR). Here are your rights as a user:

🔐 Your data is secure

Personal information (name, email, phone) is stored securely and used exclusively for booking management and communication with PRISECARU A. MARIA-MAGDALENA PERSOANĂ FIZICĂ AUTORIZATĂ.

✅ Your consent is recorded

For each purchase, the platform automatically records proof of your consent (IP address, date/time, browser) as required by law.

🍪 Cookie Banner

On your first visit, you'll see a message about cookies. You can accept or decline - the platform works without optional cookies.

🗑️ Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten")

You can request permanent deletion of your account directly from the platform:

  1. Go to My Dashboard
  2. Scroll to the "Danger Zone" section (with red border)
  3. Click "Permanently delete my account"
  4. Confirm the action by entering your email address
⚠ Warning: This action is irreversible! Your personal data will be anonymized, but booking and purchase history remains in the system (anonymized) for PRISECARU A. MARIA-MAGDALENA PERSOANĂ FIZICĂ AUTORIZATĂ's accounting records.
